With all of our machines and equipment, we offer comprehensive staff training. We make sure that you and your staff can confidently use them to offer a range of treatments.

Not only that, we coach your staff in selling techniques.

Sales Training

Your staff will be fully trained not just in the application of our Choices Programme and the product knowledge, but also in how to sell the treatments and retail products to your clients.

We actively take them through the sales process and help you with ideas on how to maximise the selling ability of your staff.

We ensure that even the staff that 'meet and greet' your clients can provide a simple explanation of what Crystal Clear is all about and how it can benefit your clients.

So many salons miss out on retail opportunities, most of the time it is due to poorly trained or de-motivated staff.

Most therapists will not have learned any sales training whilst at college; they are first and foremost beauty therapists, not sales people. It is possible to develop staff to be excellent at both.

Think about it, just by selling 6 products a day over a 6 day week your annual revenue on retail alone could be over £44,000 (based on a product selling at £25).

Technical Training

Training can be carried out at head office or we can go out to the salon.

• Training takes one day per piece of equipment.
• All trainees are issued with a certificate and badge if they pass the theory test and practical session
• Skincare knowledge is covered in every training session.
• Trainees will have workbooks to complete and take home along with the manual that accompanies the machine
• We have a phoneline for salons in case you experience any problems.
